FOOTBALL: In front of a large crowd under the lights at Day Field on the campus of Randolph-Macon College, Glen Allen outpointed Patrick Henry in scrimmage play, 27-19. Two fourth quarter touchdown passes by Tyler Phelps weren't enough to complete a comeback. The Patriots were down 20-6 at halftime.
FIELD HOCKEY: Atlee topped Lee-Davis Wednesday 2-1 to stay unbeaten early in the season. It was the Capital District opener for both teams, as the Raiders improved to 1-0, 3-0, while Lee-Davis is 0-1, 0-2.
VOLLEYBALL: The Patrick Henry girls team began Colonial District play with a 3-0 loss to Maggie Walker Governor's School, 25-15, 25-22, 25-20. The Patriots are 0-2 overall. In boys action, Lee-Davis fell in four sets to J.R. Tucker and are now 1-1 on the young season.....

Golf: Patrick Henry is scheduled to host Deep Run at 3:30pm at Hanover Country Club....
Football: Lee-Davis travels to Chester to scrimmage L.C. Bird at 6:30pm....
Patrick Henry's JV team scrimmages at Glen Allen at 7pm.....
