THE WRAP: Week Five Football Finals....

Patrick Henry and Hanover suffer their first losses of the season while Lee-Davis is 4-0, beating Varina for the first time this century....

GAME OF THE WEEK: Atlee 44, #7 Hanover 40:
--Marcus Bazala rushes for 254 yards and five touchdowns, but it's not enough as Atlee, down 25-6 at the half, explodes for more points in the third quarter (31) than they had in total yards in the first half (26), as AJ Zollar scored three times and Clifton Woody returned a kickoff 82 yards for a score. The Raiders and Hawks are both now 3-1.

#5 Henrico 26, #12 Patrick Henry 7: The Warriors scored two defensive touchdowns in the first half and held the Patriots offense scoreless in the first Capital District game for Patrick Henry since the 1970's. The Patriots fall to 3-1, and host Hanover next Friday.

Lee-Davis 28, Varina 12: The Confederates hold the Blue Devils scoreless in the second half, moving to 4-0 with the victory. They host Armstrong next Friday, then travel to Atlee for a special Saturday game on October 10th for the Raiders' 25th Anniversary Homecoming.
